These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern the use of the "AnonApp" mobile application.
By using the Application, you confirm that you have carefully read and accept the terms of these Terms in full. If you do not agree with the terms, you must immediately stop using the Application.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Application provides users with the ability to find anonymous conversation partners for text chats, as well as to exchange photo and video materials. 1.2. Access to the Application's functionality is provided on the terms established by the Administration. 1.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the Terms at any time without prior notice to users.
2. Registration and Use
2.1. To use the Application, the user must reach the age established by the legislation of their country, but not less than 18 years. 2.2. Registration and use are possible without providing real personal data, however, the user undertakes to provide accurate information when necessary. 2.3. The user is responsible for the security of their data and actions in the Application.
3. Rights and Obligations of Users
3.1. The user is prohibited from: • posting materials that violate the law; • distributing personal data of third parties without their consent; • impersonating another person or organization; • using the Application for spam, fraud, or other illegal activities; • posting, requesting, storing, distributing, or otherwise using materials related to child sexual abuse or exploitation, as well as engaging in any actions aimed at involving minors in illegal activities. 3.2. The user is solely responsible for the content they publish and their communication. 3.3. The user understands and agrees that their conversation partners are random, and the Administration is not responsible for their actions.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Administration
4.1. The Administration has the right to restrict or block a user's access in case of violation of the Terms. 4.2. The Administration has the right to remove materials that violate the law or the Terms. 4.3. The Administration takes reasonable measures to ensure the operability of the Application, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation.
5. Liability
5.1. The Administration is not responsible for users' actions, as well as for the consequences of using or the inability to use the Application. 5.2. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for the content transmitted between users. 5.3. The user uses the Application at their own risk.
6. Privacy and Data Processing
6.1. The Application may collect technical data necessary for its functioning (for example, device data and IP address). 6.2. Correspondence, photos, and videos are not subject to public publication, but the Administration reserves the right to access them in cases provided by law.
7. Child Protection and Prohibition of Sexual Exploitation of Minors
User safety is one of our priorities. The Anon app adheres to a policy of absolute zero tolerance toward any forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Users are prohibited from:
- creating, posting, sending, storing, distributing, or requesting materials containing sexual exploitation or sexual abuse of minors;
- using the Service to contact minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation or committing other illegal acts;
- coercing, encouraging, or assisting other users in committing such actions;
- posting links, images, videos, messages, or other content related to the sexual exploitation of children.
Upon discovery of such materials or behavior, the Administration may, without prior notice:
- immediately remove the relevant content;
- block or delete the offender's account;
- restrict access to the Service;
- retain information necessary for investigation;
- where there are legal grounds, transfer the information to competent law enforcement authorities.
We also reserve the right to apply these measures in cases where there are sufficient grounds to believe that the user is involved in the distribution, storage, search, or promotion of materials related to the sexual exploitation of minors.
7.1. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of materials or actions that violate this Policy, use the built-in complaint feature in the app or contact us at the email address listed in the "Contacts" section. Each report is reviewed as quickly as possible.
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these rules and undertake not to post, distribute, or support any content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.2. All disputes are subject to resolution in court at the location of the Administration. 8.3. By using the Application, the user confirms their agreement with all provisions of these Terms.
